Good Monstera Adansonii, slow delivery

I ordered a Monstera Adansonii and it arrived well-packaged. The plant itself was healthy, with good root structure. It took 9 days from order to delivery in Ohio, which was a bit longer than I expected. Customer support was helpful when I inquired about the shipping status, responding within a day. The ceramic pot I got with it was also nice quality. Overall, a good experience for the plant, but expect a bit of a wait.

Decent price for a Philodendron

I was looking for a Philodendron Pink Princess and Plant Rebels had a decent price compared to other places I checked. I signed up for their newsletter for the discount which helped. The plant arrived in good condition. Felt like a solid purchase for the money.

Healthy plant, packaging could improve

I purchased an Alocasia Polly. The plant was healthy and looked great, exactly as pictured. Delivery took 6 days to get to me in Florida. The packaging protected the plant mostly, though a few leaves had slight bends. It wasn't a big deal, but something they could probably refine. Still, I'm happy with the plant itself.

hey, anyone ordered a Monstera from Plant Rebels to like, California? wondering how long shipping actually took. the site says a range but i need specifics lol

N Noor Doyle 1 month ago

Yeah I got a Pink Princess last month to LA, took about 8 days total. Was pretty well packed.

C Cody Doyle 1 month ago

Mine was a bit faster, 6 days to NorCal. Came in good shape, no complaints. I think they use a decent carrier for the US.

So I wanna grab that Philodendron White Knight but also some terracotta pots. can I use the newsletter discount on the whole order or just the plant?

J June 1 month ago

Afaik, the newsletter discount applies to everything that's not already on sale. I used it for a plant and some soil last time.

C Cleo 1 month ago

I think it's usually just one discount code per order anyway, and sometimes they exclude sale stuff. So if the pots are discounted already, probably not.

thinking about getting an Epipremnum Aureum but also saw similar stuff on Plnts. anyone have experience with both? trying to decide where to buy.

D Dana 2 months ago

I've used both. Plnts is good but I felt like Plant Rebels' packaging was a bit more secure for longer international transit. Quality-wise, both are pretty decent.

B Brett 2 months ago

Plant Rebels has some unique accessories too that Plnts doesn't always carry, if you're looking for that kind of thing. For just a basic Epipremnum, it might just come down to price/shipping cost.

if my Calathea Orbifolia arrives looking kinda sad after shipping, can i return it? or like, what's their policy for damaged plants?

S Shane Z. 1 month ago

They have a process for that. I had a damaged leaf once, took a photo, sent it to them and they sorted it out. Don't think you 'return' a plant but they'll make it right.

B Ben 1 month ago

Yeah, you just contact them with proof. They're usually pretty good about replacements or refunds for damaged stuff. I wouldn't worry too much.

what are the payment options? i prefer using paypal or apple pay, do they have that?

G Greg Silva 1 month ago

Pretty sure they do! I used PayPal for my last order, it was super easy.

C Cleo Y. 1 month ago

Yep, they take all the usual ones. PayPal, credit cards, I think even Google Pay options.

Is Plant Rebels actually legit? like, i see some cool rare stuff but im always wary of online plant shops that might send some sad little cuttings or fakes.

W Wendy T. 2 months ago

They're legit. Got an Alocasia Zebrina from them that's thriving. Packaging was solid and plant looked healthy.

N Noor Torres 2 months ago

Yeah, I've ordered a few times. Never had an issue with quality. Their plants are usually robust, not like some of the super fragile ones you get elsewhere.
